Local Government Code § 240.083","heading":"AUTHORITY OF COUNTY TO REGULATE.","body":"(a) Subject to the restrictions in Section 240.084, the commissioners court of a county subject to this subchapter may by order regulate the location of communication facility structures in the unincorporated areas of the county.\n(b) The regulations may include a requirement for a permit for the construction or expansion of the facility and may impose fees, not to exceed $50, on regulated persons to recover the cost of administering the regulations.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 945 (H.B. 843), Sec. 1, eff.
