Local Government Code § 241.902","heading":"CONFLICT OF AN AIRPORT COMPATIBLE LAND USE ZONING REGULATION WITH ANOTHER REGULATION.","body":"(a) If an airport compatible land use zoning regulation conflicts with any other regulation applicable to the same area, the airport compatible land use zoning regulation controls.\n(b) Subsection (a) applies to any conflict with respect to the use of land or any other matter.\n(c) Subsection (a) applies to any regulation that conflicts with an airport compatible land use zoning regulation, whether the regulation was adopted by the political subdivision that adopted the airport compatible land use zoning regulation or by another political subdivision.\nActs 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff.
