Local Government Code § 303.073","heading":"TERMS.","body":"(a) A bond issued under this chapter must mature not later than 40 years after its date.\n(b) Bonds issued under this chapter may be sold in any manner authorized by the corporation and permitted by Chapter 1201, Government Code.\n(c) The interest rate on the bonds may be determined by a formula or index or in accordance with a contract or other arrangement for the periodic determination of interest rates.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 11, eff.
