Local Government Code § 306.052","heading":"BOND APPROVAL AND REGISTRATION.","body":"(a) The bonds may not be delivered until:\n(1) a transcript of the proceedings authorizing their issuance has been submitted to the attorney general and approved by the attorney general as to legality; and\n(2) the bonds have been registered by the comptroller of public accounts.\n(b) If approved by the attorney general, the bonds are incontestable except for fraud.\nActs 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff.
