Local Government Code § 319.003","heading":"COOPERATIVE EFFORTS.","body":"(a) Two or more counties may cooperate with one another and a county may cooperate with local interests to construct the museum, building, or other improvement or to aid and share expenses in the exhibition of products listed in Section 319.001.\n(b) A municipality, water improvement district, or water control and improvement district may cooperate with the commissioners court of a county for a purpose stated by Subsection (a) and may appropriate money to aid in the purpose.\nActs 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff.
