Local Government Code § 320.049","heading":"RECORDS.","body":"The board shall keep a complete account of each board meeting and proceeding and shall maintain the records of the board in a secure manner. The records are the property of the board and are subject to inspection by the commissioners court and other county officers at all reasonable times during office hours on business days. The preservation, microfilming, destruction, or other disposition of the records of the board is subject to the requirements of Subtitle C, Title 6, Local Government Code, and rules adopted under that subtitle.\nActs 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff.
