Local Government Code § 321.027","heading":"CONFLICT OF INTEREST.","body":"(a) A park commissioner or employee of the board may not acquire a direct or indirect pecuniary interest in any improvements, concessions, equipment, or business located in a park administered by the board.\n(b) A park commissioner or employee of the board may not have a direct or indirect interest in any contract or proposed contract for construction, materials, or services in connection with or related to a park administered by the board.\nActs 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff.
