Local Government Code § 321.101","heading":"APPLICABILITY.","body":"Notwithstanding Section 321.001, this subchapter applies only to:\n(1) a county described by Section 321.001; and\n(2) a county that borders on the Gulf of Mexico and has within its boundaries a beach that:\n(A) is wholly or partly operated by the county as a park; or\n(B) is otherwise controlled or maintained by the county.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 226 (H.B. 1628), Sec. 1, eff.
