Local Government Code § 321.102","heading":"RULES.","body":"The commissioners court of a county by order may adopt reasonable rules on camping, access, litter, resource protection, or waste disposal if the rules:\n(1) are consistent with Chapter 352 of this code, Chapters 61 and 63, Natural Resources Code, and rules adopted under those chapters; and\n(2) apply only in the following locations controlled or maintained by the county:\n(A) an island park;\n(B) a beach park; or\n(C) any part of a public beach.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 226 (H.B. 1628), Sec. 1, eff.
