Local Government Code § 323.003","heading":"GIFTS.","body":"The commissioners court may receive a gift, bequest, or devise for the county library or a branch or subdivision of the library. Title to property given, bequeathed, or devised to the county library vests in the county. A gift or bequest made for the benefit of a branch of the library shall be administered as designated by the donor.\nActs 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff.
