Local Government Code § 323.024","heading":"MANAGEMENT.","body":"(a) The commissioners court of a county that has established a law library under this subchapter shall adopt rules for the use of books in the county law library.\n(b) The commissioners court may vest management of the library in a committee selected by the county bar association.
