Local Government Code § 325.020","heading":"MINUTES AND RECORDS.","body":"(a) The board shall keep a complete written account of all its meetings and other proceedings and shall preserve its minutes, contracts, records, plans, notices, accounts, receipts, and records of all kinds in a secure manner at the district's office.\n(b) Minutes, contracts, records, plans, notices, accounts, receipts, and other records are the property of the district and are subject to public inspection.\nAdded by Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 437, Sec. 1, eff.
