Local Government Code § 325.047","heading":"FEES AND CHARGES.","body":"(a) The board may adopt and enforce all necessary charges, fees, or rentals for providing any district facilities or service.\n(b) The board may require a deposit for any service or facilities furnished and may provide that the deposit will bear interest.\n(c) The board may discontinue a facility or service to prevent an abuse or enforce payment of an unpaid charge, fee, or rental due the district.\nAdded by Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 437, Sec. 1, eff.
