Local Government Code § 326.062","heading":"EMPLOYEE PLANS.","body":"(a) The board may provide for and administer a workers' compensation, health benefit, retirement, disability, or death compensation plan for the employees of the district.\n(b) The board may adopt a plan to accomplish the purpose of this section.\n(c) The board, after notice and a hearing, may change any plan or rule adopted under this section.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1204, Sec. 1, eff.
