Local Government Code § 327.162","heading":"SUPERVISION BY COUNTY.","body":"(a) The county commissioners court may supervise the zoo board in the exercise of all powers and duties under this chapter, including Subchapter E.\n(b) The county commissioners court may decide to approve all zoo board budgets or contracts, leases, deeds, or other agreements. An appropriate entry in the minutes of the commissioners court of the county is sufficient evidence of approval.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1235, Sec. 1, eff.
