Local Government Code § 336.106","heading":"EMPLOYEE PLANS.","body":"(a) The board may provide for and administer a workers' compensation, health benefit, retirement, disability, or death compensation plan for district employees.\n(b) The board may adopt a plan to accomplish the purpose of this section.\n(c) The board, after notice and a hearing, may change any plan or rule adopted under this section.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 883 (S.B. 1205), Sec. 2, eff.
