Local Government Code § 336.152","heading":"RULES; VIOLATION OF RULES.","body":"(a) The board may adopt reasonable rules to accomplish district purposes.\n(b) The board may set monetary charges in reasonable amounts for the violation of a district rule.\n(c) The board may exclude from the use of a public library a person who intentionally violates a rule adopted by the board under this section.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 883 (S.B. 1205), Sec. 2, eff.
