Local Government Code § 336.155","heading":"AGREEMENTS WITH OTHER POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS.","body":"(a) A district may contract with a municipality, county, or other political subdivision for the district to provide public library services outside the district.\n(b) A district may enter into one or more agreements with any municipality included in the area of the district for the acquisition or operation of the municipality's library facilities.\n(c) A district and a political subdivision may enter into an agreement for any district purpose.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 883 (S.B. 1205), Sec. 2, eff.
