Local Government Code § 337.003","heading":"CONSTRUCTION.","body":"(a) This chapter shall be liberally construed to carry out the intention of the legislature.\n(b) If this chapter conflicts with a provision of another law, this chapter prevails.\n(c) It is the intent of the legislature that a corporation authorized under this chapter is a public corporation, constituted authority, and instrumentality authorized to issue bonds on behalf of the municipality or county on behalf of which the corporation is created, all within the meaning of Section 103, Internal Revenue Code of 1986, and the regulations adopted and rulings issued under that section, and this chapter shall be construed accordingly.\nAdded by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 324 (S.B. 1488), Sec. 20.004(a), eff.
