Local Government Code § 344.202","heading":"AUDITS AND DISTRICT RECORDS.","body":"(a) The board shall have an annual audit made of the financial condition of the district by an independent auditor.\n(b) The annual audit and other district records shall be open to inspection during regular business hours at the principal office of the district.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1295, Sec. 1, eff.
