Local Government Code § 344.208","heading":"DEPOSIT OF MONEY.","body":"(a) The board shall deposit district money in a special account in the treasury of the municipality that created the district.\n(b) District money, other than that invested as provided by Section 344.206(c), shall be deposited as received in the treasury of the municipality and must remain on deposit.\n(c) The board shall reimburse the municipality for any costs, other than personnel costs, the municipality incurs for performing the duties under this section.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1295, Sec. 1, eff.
