Local Government Code § 364.003","heading":"INJUNCTIVE RELIEF.","body":"(a) The attorney general may bring an action in a district court in Travis County or in a county in which the principal office of the entity is located to enjoin a violation of Section 364.002.\n(b) The attorney general may recover reasonable expenses incurred in obtaining relief under this section, including court costs, reasonable attorney's fees, investigative costs, witness fees, and deposition costs.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 677 (H.B. 1925), Sec. 3, eff.
