Local Government Code § 379B.0043","heading":"TRANSPORTATION PROJECT.","body":"(a) An authority may implement a transportation project:\n(1) on the base property; or\n(2) outside of the base property to provide access to the base property.\n(b) An authority may enter into an agreement with any person, including another governmental entity, to plan, finance, construct, or maintain a project described by Subsection (a).\n(c) An authority may construct a building, loading dock, or other facility as part of a transportation project described by Subsection (a)(1).\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 702 (H.B. 447), Sec. 2, eff.
