Local Government Code § 379C.005","heading":"QUALIFIED PARTICIPATING DEVELOPER.","body":"To qualify to participate in an urban land bank demonstration program, a developer must:\n(1) have built one or more housing units within the three-year period preceding the submission of a proposal to the land bank seeking to acquire real property from the land bank;\n(2) have a development plan approved by the municipality for the land bank property; and\n(3) meet any other requirements adopted by the municipality in the urban land bank demonstration plan.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 299, Sec. 1, eff.
