Local Government Code § 383.024","heading":"COMMISSION HEARING; CONTENTS OF NOTICE.","body":"Before the 61st day after the date a petition is received, the commissioners court shall set a date, time, and place at which the petition shall be heard and shall issue notice of the date, time, place, and subject matter of the hearing.
