The general manager, treasurer, or other employee of the development zone, if authorized by resolution of the board, may sign checks, drafts, orders, or other instruments on any development zone operation account on behalf of the board.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1390, Sec. 1, eff.
