Local Government Code § 501.302","heading":"AMENDMENT BY UNIT.","body":"The governing body of the authorizing unit of a corporation, at the unit's sole discretion, may in accordance with this subchapter amend the corporation's certificate of formation at any time by:\n(1) adopting the amendment by resolution; and\n(2) delivering the certificate of amendment to the secretary of state.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 885 (H.B. 2278), Sec. 3.01, eff.
