Local Government Code § 505.055","heading":"LOCATION OF BOARD MEETINGS.","body":"(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), the board of directors of a Type B corporation shall conduct all meetings within the boundaries of the authorizing municipality.\n(b) If the authorizing municipality is located in a county with a population of less than 30,000, the board of directors of a Type B corporation may conduct a board meeting within the boundaries of the county.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 885 (H.B. 2278), Sec. 3.01, eff.
