Local Government Code § 507.151","heading":"AUTHORITY TO ISSUE BONDS; APPROVAL.","body":"(a) A spaceport development corporation may issue bonds only if a site in the territory of the authorizing entity has been designated as the site for a spaceport.\n(b) Bonds issued under this chapter must be approved by the governing body of each political subdivision that authorized creation of the spaceport development corporation.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 885 (H.B. 2278), Sec. 3.01, eff.
