Local Government Code § 62.084","heading":"COMPLETE OR PARTIAL DISALLOWANCE OF CLAIM.","body":"(a) If a receiver of an abolished municipality determines that a claim is partially or completely unjust, the receiver shall endorse his finding on the claim and return it to the claimant.\n(b) A claimant who accepts the findings of the receiver may file the claim with the district court.
