Local Government Code § 62.090","heading":"PAYMENT OF CLAIMS.","body":"The court in which the receivership of an abolished municipality is pending shall:\n(1) provide for the payment of the claims legally established against the municipality;\n(2) determine the priority of the claims;\n(3) order the sale of all property held by the receiver that is subject to sale for the satisfaction of the municipality's indebtedness; and\n(4) direct the receiver to pay the claims legally established against the municipality.\nActs 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff.
