Natural Resources Code § 102.082","heading":"AUTOMATIC DISSOLUTION.","body":"A unit is automatically dissolved:\n(1) two years after its effective date if no production or drilling operations have been had on the unit or surface location for the unit;\n(2) six months after the completion of a dry hole on the unit; or\n(3) six months after cessation of production from the unit.\nActs 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2574, ch. 871, art.
