Natural Resources Code § 111.016","heading":"DISCRIMINATION BETWEEN SHIPPERS.","body":"(a) A common carrier in its operations as a common carrier shall not discriminate between or against shippers with regard to facilities furnished, services rendered, or rates charged under the same or similar circumstances in the transportation of crude petroleum.\n(b) A common carrier shall not discriminate in the transportation of crude petroleum produced or purchased by itself directly or indirectly.\n(c) In this connection, a pipeline is a shipper of the crude petroleum produced or purchased by itself directly or indirectly and handled through its facilities.\nActs 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2580, ch. 871, art.
