Natural Resources Code § 111.025","heading":"ABANDONING CONNECTIONS.","body":"(a) No common carrier may abandon any of its connections or lines except under authority of a permit granted by the commission or with written consent of the owner or duly authorized agent of the wells to which connections are made.\n(b) Before granting a permit to abandon any connection, the commission shall issue proper notice and hold a hearing as provided by law.\nActs 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2581, ch. 871, art.
