Natural Resources Code § 113.095","heading":"LICENSE AND EXAMINATION BY ENDORSEMENT: OUT-OF-STATE LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION.","body":"(a) The commission may waive any license requirement for an applicant with a valid license from another state having license requirements substantially equivalent to those of this state.\n(b) The commission by rule may waive the requirements of Section 113.087 for an applicant holding a valid examination certificate issued by another state having certification requirements substantially equivalent to those of this state.\nAdded by Acts 1983, 68th Leg., p. 1174, ch. 263, Sec. 8, eff.
