Natural Resources Code § 113.351","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"School district\" means:\n(A) an entity created under the laws of this state and accredited by the Texas Education Agency under Subchapter D, Chapter 39, Education Code;\n(B) a private elementary or secondary school, other than a school in a residence; or\n(C) a state or regional school for the blind and visually impaired or the deaf under Chapter 30, Education Code.\n(2) \"Supplier\" means an individual or company that sells and delivers liquefied petroleum gas to a school district facility. If more than one individual or company sells and delivers LP-gas to a facility of a school district, each individual or company is a supplier for purposes of this subchapter.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1233, Sec. 53, eff.
