Natural Resources Code § 131.208","heading":"APPLICATION FOR RELEASE OF PERFORMANCE BOND OR DEPOSIT.","body":"(a) At any time, an operator may file an application with the commission for the release of all or part of the performance bond or deposit.\n(b) The application shall be on a form prescribed by the commission and in addition to other information the commission may require, shall include the type and the approximate date of reclamation work performed and a description of the results achieved as they relate to the operator's reclamation plan.\n(c) The commission shall file a copy of the bond release application for public inspection with the county clerk at the county courthouse of the county in which the surface mining and reclamation operation is located.\nActs 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2628, ch. 871, art.
