Natural Resources Code § 131.210","heading":"INSPECTION AND EVALUATION.","body":"(a) On receipt of the notice and request, the commission shall conduct an inspection and evaluation of the reclamation work involved, the inspection and evaluation to occur within a reasonable time not to exceed 45 days.\n(b) The evaluation shall consider among other things:\n(1) the degree of difficulty to complete remaining reclamation;\n(2) whether pollution of surface and subsurface water is occurring;\n(3) the probability of continuance or future occurrence of pollution; and\n(4) the estimated cost of abating pollution.\nActs 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2628, ch. 871, art.
