Natural Resources Code § 131.231","heading":"LAND RECLAMATION FUND.","body":"(a) Money received through the payment of fees, loans, grants, gifts, penalties, bond forfeitures, and other money received by the commission shall be deposited in the State Treasury and credited to a special account to be designated the land reclamation fund.\n(b) The fund shall be available to the commission and may be spent for the administration and enforcement of this chapter and for the reclamation of land affected by surface mining operations.\nActs 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2629, ch. 871, art.
