Natural Resources Code § 131.267","heading":"CRIMINAL PENALTY FOR VIOLATING PERMITS AND ORDERS.","body":"A person who wilfully and knowingly violates a condition of a permit issued under this chapter or fails or refuses to comply with an order issued under Section 131.264 of this code or an order incorporated in a final decision issued by the commission under this chapter, on conviction by a district court, shall be punished by a criminal penalty of not more than $10,000 or by imprisonment for not more than one year or by both.\nActs 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2632, ch. 871, art.
