Natural Resources Code § 134.060","heading":"COMMENTS.","body":"(a) During a period established by the commission, a local body, agency, authority, or company described by Section 134.059 may submit written comments on the effect of the proposed operation on the environment in the entity's area of responsibility.\n(b) The commission shall immediately send the comments to the applicant.\n(c) The comments shall be made available to the public at the same location as the mining application.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 12.02(a), eff.
