Natural Resources Code § 134.061","heading":"WRITTEN OBJECTIONS.","body":"(a) Not later than the 30th day after the date of the last publication of notice under Section 134.058, an affected person or a federal, state, or local governmental agency or authority is entitled to file with the commission written objections to a proposed initial or revised application for a surface coal mining and reclamation operation permit.\n(b) The commission shall immediately send the objections to the applicant.\n(c) The objections shall be made available to the public.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 12.02(a), eff.
