Natural Resources Code § 134.063","heading":"NOTICE OF APPROVAL OR DENIAL.","body":"The commission shall notify the applicant and any objector that the permit application has been approved or denied:\n(1) within the time provided by Chapter 2001, Government Code, if a public hearing is held under Section 134.062; or\n(2) not later than the 45th day after the date of the last publication of notice of application if a public hearing is not held.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 12.02(a), eff.
