Natural Resources Code § 134.082","heading":"COMMISSION REQUIREMENT OF PERMIT REVISION OR MODIFICATION.","body":"(a) The commission, within a time prescribed by rule, shall review outstanding permits and may require reasonable revision or modification of a permit during the term of the permit.\n(b) A revision or modification must be supported by a written finding and is subject to the notice and hearing requirements of Chapter 2001, Government Code.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 12.02(a), eff.
