Natural Resources Code § 134.167","heading":"EXPIRATION OF NOTICE OR ORDER.","body":"If a notice or order issued under Section 134.161, 134.162, or 134.164 requires the operator to stop mining, the notice or order expires not later than the 30th day after the date of actual notice to the operator unless a public hearing is held at or reasonably near the site so that the site can be viewed during the hearing.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 12.02(a), eff.
