Natural Resources Code § 134.186","heading":"COSTS OF SUIT; FILING OF BOND.","body":"(a) In issuing a final order in an action brought under Section 134.182(a), a court may award a party litigation costs, including attorney's and expert witness's fees, if the court determines the award is appropriate.\n(b) The court may require a person to file a bond or equivalent security in accordance with the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure if the person seeks a temporary restraining order or preliminary injunction.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 12.02(a), eff.
