Natural Resources Code § 153.046","heading":"DUTIES.","body":"The board by rule shall establish:\n(1) standards for prescribed burning;\n(2) a comprehensive training curriculum for certified and insured prescribed burn managers;\n(3) standards for certification, recertification, and training for certified and insured prescribed burn managers;\n(4) minimum education and professional requirements for instructors for the approved curriculum; and\n(5) insurance requirements for certified and insured prescribed burn managers in amounts not less than those required by Section 153.082.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 1432, Sec. 1, eff.
