Natural Resources Code § 153.103","heading":"INJUNCTION.","body":"(a) The department may apply to a district court in any county for an injunction to restrain a person who is not a certified and insured prescribed burn manager from representing that the person is a certified and insured prescribed burn manager.\n(b) At the request of the department, the attorney general shall initiate and conduct an action in a district court in the state's name to obtain an injunction under this section.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 506 (S.B. 1016), Sec. 2.10, eff.
