Natural Resources Code § 161.029","heading":"PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS.","body":"(a) The executive secretary or his designee shall develop a system of annual performance evaluations based on measurable job tasks. All merit pay for board employees must be based on the system established under this section.\n(b) The evaluations required by this section apply to the employees of the board and the employees of the land office that support the board.\nAdded by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 798, Sec. 3, eff.
