Natural Resources Code § 161.316","heading":"EFFECT OF FORFEITURE ON LEASES.","body":"On forfeiture, the full title to the land, including both surface and mineral estates, shall revest in the board, and the board shall recognize and continue in force and effect any outstanding valid oil, gas, or mineral lease and collect all rentals, royalties, or other amounts payable under the lease.\nActs 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2671, ch. 871, art.
